Middle St. Vrain trail head
Seasonal opening of the Middle St. Vrain and Coney Flats 4WD roads.

On Saturday July 6th Wanda and I will lead the group to Storm Mountain above Drake Co. We will travel threw the Cedar Park area and make our way to the top of Storm Mountain . Elevation of 9918 with a view of the whole front range. We will meet at the Walmart in North Longmont at 10:00 am . If all goes well, lunch will be at the top of Storm. I have not done this trail in years, I would rate the trail around a 6, this is only towards the end.
I,m going to try something different for Lunch. I will bring a table and awning. Bring a dish to share. I may change this a few days before the event, if it looks like bad weather.
On Saturday July 27th I would like to go scout around the Rollins pass area.
Way to many trails for one day, but we could do Rainbow lakes, 505, Rollins Pass.
Just drive, see what we can see. No set plans. Meet at the Circle K gas station on Hover by the Home Depot in Longmont at 8:15 for a 8:30 departure. Ray
