Club Meeting
Wednesday April 8th, 9:00am to 8:00pm - Meeting
NO MEETING at the Moose Lodge. We will have an online forum to discuss club business on April 8th.

- Treasurers report was read.

- New guest sign in started. It includes mentors for new members and guests.
- No info on C4WDA meetings yet.
- OHV Sticker renewal process is now online only, requiring a credit card. No mail in or over the phone renewals. The CID number on your renewal card is the set of numbers above your name.
- Will need to replace the Club generator battery in the near future.
- Planning for the TRR 35th anniversary event. Committee updates ----
Hotel - Gary B – No discounts. Probably due to moving our date to the prime season, instead of off season. Gary sent email with list of reasonable hotels.
Restaurant – Christy H – Working on restaurant for one club group meal. May coordinate catered dinner at Dixie 4X4.
Trips – Gordon H – Committee has developed a list of thirty six 4WD roads are now in a survey on our web site. This survey will narrow the list of 4WD roads to those that we will run during the 35th event. Forum thread was sent with a link to the survey and information on each 4WD road.
Registration – Kevin B
Pennant – Wanda C – Pennant design is designed.
Tee Shirt – Adam M – T-Shirt pre survey is now on the web site, there is a club general forum thread that contains a link to the survey.
Please contact the committee leads if you would like to help.
- Review of the Jeeps to Cars to Coffee event at the Flatirons Church parking lot in Lafayette. We had 7 vehicles attend from the club. (Had only one breakdown at the event! Luckily there was an O’Reilly auto part store by the church.)

The TRR Forum is on our Club Express page. Go to TRR Main page and login. Click your member section in the upper right and then click on your profile. Select the Froum link at the bottom to set your preferences and forums you want to join.
You can also send an email to forum@trr4wd.com, which will go to all TRR members.

35th Anniversary Update
A new 35th trails survey is up (see link in club general forum posted by Gordon) on the web site to narrow the list of 4WD roads that we will do in Moab during the 35th event. Once the final list of 4WD roads is created, and dates selected for each 4WD road, those attending will be able to register for the date and trip they would like to do. This survey will close on April 4th, 2020. So far we have had 12 respond.
The pre survey for the 35th Tee Shirt design on the club web site will be closed after the April meeting. So far this survey has had 14 respond.
