Club Meeting
Wednesday May 14th, 7:00pm to 9:00pm
Moose Lodge #1548, 2200 Pratt Street, Longmont, CO 80501
Open to all members and guests.
The lodge is one street west of main, between 21st and 23rd on Pratt Street.
We'll be in the middle hall. Folks who arrive early will need to enter at the main entrance. In the lobby the rear left double door is the middle hall. The front door is a key card door but there is a button for the bar tenders to open the door. Those that arrive early can prop the door open on east side of the middle hall so folks can park on the east side of the building and enter through that door.

Past Meeting Minutes
- Our guest speaker was Kieth Douglas, president of Colorado Off Highway Vehicle Coalition, COHVCO. Kieth described the mission of COHVCO being the protection of motorized recreation. One of the main functions of the organization is to monitor state legislation that may impact motorized recreation. They work with the Colorado Parks and Wildlife, which manages the OHV sticker program. The money from the OHV sticker program is given out as grants to do many types of on the ground projects for motorized recreation. COHVO also has two workshops held annually across the state to bring together people from the public lands management agencies and motorized recreation groups. COHVCO also works with insurance groups to supply insurance for events and work projects. The OHV grant program supplies 80 to 90% of funding for Stay the Trail.
- Thanks to Mike Cohan for bringing meeting snacks.
